Andrew Cuomo Stops Real Estate Investing

There has been a downfall in the real estate investing which has lead Andrew Cuomo, the New York State governor to take some action. Last Tuesday, Andrew Cuomo announced to the public that the Attorney General's office will probing all foreclosure proceedings. They have also asked all banks to suspend all foreclosure sales as well.

This is an unfortunate incident for big banks as well as real estate professionals. Many of the real estate investors are not happy with the decision made by Andrew Cuomo, which they believe will only prolong the recovery of the housing market.

This has become a new unsettling time for New Yorkers, who are trying to find their way through the mortgage hell hole that Andrew Cuomo has lead them.
